Privacy Policy

Last updated: 15 August 2026

This policy explains what TechPulseMind (“we”) collects when you visit techpulsemind.com, why, and what you can do about it.

Who is responsible

TechPulseMind operates this website and acts as the data controller for the personal data described here. For any privacy request, contact us at [email protected].

What we collect

Information you give us

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write. We keep that correspondence only as long as needed to deal with it.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting and content delivery provider records standard technical data for every request: IP address, browser type and version, referring page, and the time of the request. This is used for security, blocking abuse and attacks, and to keep the site running. Analytics may record which pages you visit, roughly where you are (country or region level), and which device you use.

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use:

  • Strictly necessary cookies for the site and its security protections to work. These cannot be switched off.
  • Analytics cookies to understand which articles are read, in aggregate.
  • Advertising cookies set by third-party advertising networks to measure and, where permitted, personalise adverts.

Advertising and third parties

We display advertising from third-party networks, which may include Google AdSense. These networks may use cookies and similar technologies to serve adverts based on your prior visits to this and other websites.

We also use affiliate links. When you follow one, the retailer may set a cookie to attribute a purchase to us. See our affiliate disclosure.

Legal basis

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on: legitimate interest for security and aggregate analytics; consent for advertising and non-essential cookies, which you may withdraw at any time; and legitimate interest for answering correspondence you initiate.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. Under the CCPA, California residents may request disclosure or deletion of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We respond within the period required by law.

Retention

Security logs are retained for a limited period and then discarded. Aggregate analytics are retained in a form that does not identify individuals. Email correspondence is kept only as long as it is needed.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page.
