Control Resonant Hits GeForce NOW Alongside Googlebooks Integration

Remedy Entertainment’s Control Resonant has officially arrived on NVIDIA’s GeForce NOW cloud gaming platform at launch. The release places players into a warped, paranatural Manhattan as Dylan Faden, bypassing local downloads in favor of cloud-rendered hardware.

Alongside the title’s debut, NVIDIA announced that GeForce NOW streaming support is heading to Googlebooks, the upcoming laptop category designed for Gemini Intelligence and ChromeOS-Android integration. A total of nine new games also join the cloud catalog this week, headed by Hound13’s anime-style open world title, DragonSword: Awakening.

Cloud Performance and Membership Bundles

Ultimate tier subscribers streaming Control Resonant gain access to GeForce RTX 5080-class cloud performance, NVIDIA DLSS 4, ray tracing, and Reflex technologies. According to vendor specifications, the setup supports up to 5K high dynamic range streaming without requiring heavy local hardware upgrades or a 100GB installation.

NVIDIA confirmed that the promotional bundle pairing a 12-month GeForce NOW Ultimate membership with a digital copy of Control Resonant remains available through Sunday, Sept. 27. Day passes are also available for new users looking to test the service before committing to a recurring monthly plan.

Expanding Reach to Googlebooks

The upcoming integration with Googlebooks will extend cloud gaming capabilities to Google’s new hardware class. Equipped with the Titan C security chip and deep mobile cross-compatibility, these laptops will soon run PC gaming libraries directly via the cloud as hardware rolls out over the coming months.

Other titles joining the GeForce NOW platform this week include Dune: Awakening, Stick It to the Stickman, Wild West Pioneers, Everything Is Crab, LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight, Over the Top: WWI, and Roadside Research. Availability of individual titles can vary slightly as onboarding completes throughout the week.
